Miranda Mountain Road

The image at left shows Our Lady at the Miranda Mountain Road which crosses the snow-capped Famatina chain, in the direction of the Andes and Chile. The highest peak is 6,250 meters above sea-level.
All the light of the evening sun seems to concentrate on the Queen and Lady of the whole creation. She appears to be deep in holy thoughts – in ardent prayers of adoration of the Holy Trinity, and of mercy and intercession for her children – in this remote, yet awesome region.
